How can I remove a Customer's access to a Product?

LearningCart provides the ability to remove a Customers access to a Product.

One way to accomplish this is to change the Order for that Product to a status of Cancelled.
This will remove it from purchase reports and suspend any user access that based on that order.

Order Status can be updated on the Order Details page.

Use the drop down option to select a new status and click the Update button.

Note that if there are additional Products on that Order - access will be removed for those items as well.

If the Product includes access for a specific duration, you can also edit the User Access on the Customer Details page, Content Access tab. Click the Edit link and change the End date to a date in the past.
