How can I add page that includes a form submission to my site?

First, you will need to create the Form. For more information on creating forms – check the online help here

Once the form is complete – note the Form ID as you will need that information for the next step.

On the Site Content left navigation menu, select Add Content

Choose Link as the Content page type

In the URL field – add a link in the format below where the Form ID is the ID of the form you created.

http://yourcompanyname.learningcart.com/Form.aspx?FormID=X

Enter the page name and make sure the Show in Navigation Menu & Active boxes are checked.

Click the Add button.
