How can I get FTP access?
To request FTP access to upload larger SCORM courses, submit a support ticket.
Once you have received FTP credentials there are a few important things to note:
When using FTP - the root folder is always pointing to /LMSCourses
This folder is for SCORM packages
You will need to upload your UNZIPPED folder that contains the SCORM content. You'll then be able to go to the Add Modules page in the Admin and browse for that folder when adding a module.
The /Files folder is for protected digital files that are purchased by a customer.
The /Uploads folder is for any general, public folders such as images etc.
