How do I remove price from the Subcategory pages?

In the Site Admin, go to Site Utilities.
Scroll down to Internal Values and select the Edit Values button.
Search for the CartProductSubCatsFormatString field.

Edit the setting to remove <price> from the string.
Save your changes.
